Thank you all for your sweet wishes and prayers.....John passed away this evening.
It was and is a sad time for all of us and frankly, I am a bit lost right now.

Debbie, just by chance I have stumbled onto your blog. I couldn't leave without commenting.
What a sad, tragic event. It all happened so quickly for you too - it must feel like you've been hit by a train. My experience is the opposite, caring for my dad as he slowly sucumbed to leukaemia. But we were prepared, and my whole family are grateful for that.
May God carry you through this heartbreaking time in your life and burden some of your pain.

Debbie, I am so sorry about John, I was so hoping you would have more time. You are a very strong lady. I admire the way you handled yourself while you were in the hospital. You and your family are amazing people. I am so glad I was able to meet you and even though it was a hard time for you , you endured it and made it a pleasant time for all who were involved.
